Privacy Policy

To fulfil an order — your name, delivery address, email and phone. The phone number goes to the carrier; nothing else does.

If you email us — whatever you write, kept so we can answer and handle any later claim.

We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Card numbers are entered on Stripe's or PayPal's own pages and never reach our servers. CalmCloud LLC sees only the last four digits, the card brand, and whether the payment succeeded.

Your shopping bag is kept in your own browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. It stays on your device, is never sent to us until you check out, and clearing your browser data removes it.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Only the parties needed to complete the order: the payment processor (Stripe, PayPal), the shipping carrier, and our warehouse. Each receives the minimum required and may not use it for anything else.

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Email correspondence is kept for two years. Everything else is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email orders@vaelorajewelry.com and we will answer within thirty days. Deletion requests are honoured except for order records we are legally required to retain.

If you are in the EU, UK or California, the rights in your local law apply to you here regardless of where we are registered.
