Getting it to you, and back if it is wrong

Every piece is held in our US warehouse, so orders placed before 14:00 PT ship the same business day and arrive in 2–4 business days. Tracked, insured, and free over $75.

$6 flat below the free-shipping threshold.

If your order has not left the warehouse yet, we simply cancel it and refund every cent — the piece, the shipping and the tax. There is nothing to send back and nothing to pay. Ask on your order page and we do it the same day.

Thirty days from delivery, unworn, in the original box with the numbered card.

If it is already on its way to you, wait until it arrives before asking. A parcel refused at the door or intercepted in transit takes weeks to find its way back, and we cannot refund you until it does.

Return postage is $6, whatever the piece weighs and wherever you are in the country. We buy the label, email it to you, and take the $6 off your refund — the real cost is usually higher and we absorb the difference. Nothing for you to buy, print or queue for.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the piece arriving with us. We refund what the piece cost and the tax on it; the original shipping and the $6 label are not refunded on a change of mind.

Engraved and custom-sized pieces are final sale — we cannot resell them.

Wrong size is not a return — it is a resize, and the first one is free within twelve months. Send it back and tell us the size you want.

Photograph it before doing anything else and tell us within 48 hours. Replacements go out the same day we see the photo, and you pay nothing at all — not for the replacement and not for the postage either way. The $6 return charge applies to changes of mind, never to our mistakes.
