You have a number.
Every piece we make leaves here with its own reference, written by hand on the card inside the box. That number is on the piece, in our records, and yours for as long as you own it. Buying anything puts you in the Circle. There is no fee and nothing to sign up for.
Re-plating, for life
Rhodium wears — on everyone, eventually. Send the piece back whenever it dulls and we re-plate it and return it, free, for as long as it is yours. No receipt needed; we have the number.
A resize in year one
Fingers change. Rings bought here can be resized once in the first twelve months at no cost, including the postage back to you.
First look at every drop
New pieces go to the Circle four days before they are listed publicly, at the same price. The good ones sell out in that window more often than not.
The story card
The card in your box has room on the back. People write the date, the city, the reason. We have started asking members to send us a photo of theirs, filled in.
Repairs at cost
A lost stone or a snapped clasp is repaired at what it costs us, not at a service price. Accidents are not a revenue stream.
A second-piece price
Members pay $15 less on every piece after the first, permanently. It is applied to the order rather than dangled as a code.
Worn by the Circle
This wall belongs to members.
We do not use stock photography of models here and we will not invent reviews. As real customer photographs come in, they go on this page with their piece number beside them.
It is empty today because we opened today. As members send in photographs of their pieces, they will appear here with the piece number beside them — nothing stock, nothing staged, nothing written by us.
