Terms of Sale

Every piece sold here is set with moissanite (silicon carbide) or with lab-grown coloured gemstones, in solid sterling silver stamped S925. Moissanite is not diamond. It is a different mineral with its own optical properties, and we never describe it, price it or market it as diamond. Where a piece is plated, the plating is stated on the product page.

Stone measurements, carat weights and silver weights come from our supplier's specifications and are printed on each product page. Hand-set stones vary slightly piece to piece.

All prices are in US dollars and include any duties on qualifying orders. Payment is taken by Stripe or PayPal; CalmCloud LLC never receives or stores your full card number.

Charges appear on your statement as VAELORA.

An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. If a price or stock figure is shown in error we will contact you and either honour it or cancel and refund in full — never charge you the difference.

Every piece is held in our US warehouse, so orders placed before 14:00 PT ship the same business day and arrive in 2–4 business days. Tracked, insured, and free over $75.

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. If a parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, tell us within seven days and we will open a carrier claim and replace it.

Thirty days from delivery, unworn and in the original box with its numbered card. Email orders@vaelorajewelry.com and we will send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the piece arriving back.

Engraved and custom-sized pieces are final sale — we cannot resell them. Earrings can be returned unworn in sealed packaging only, for hygiene reasons.

You may cancel any order at no cost before it ships.

Free rhodium re-plating for as long as you own the piece, and one free resize on rings within twelve months of delivery. Manufacturing faults are repaired or replaced free within twelve months.

Not covered: loss, theft, damage from impact or chemicals, and normal wear of the plating between re-plating visits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which CalmCloud LLC is registered. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your own country.
